WE ACCEPTED CLACK TO LEAD US - MEND

The MEND, on Friday accepted Chief Clark Edwin as a delegate to dialogue with the federal government on the ongoing peace talk initiative.

They also informed their readiness to break up from Aron team 2, champion by Ajumogobia Odein and work with Chief Edwin.

Clark applauded MEND for the accept of the outcome of the meeting had last Friday in Warri, that involved Niger Delta monarchs, leaders and stakeholders.

However, he and other leaders, who were with him during the visit of the Aaron Team delegation, dissociated themselves from a meeting some Ijaw stalwarts had last Thursday, with the Minister of State for Petroleum, Dr Ibe Kachikwu.
