SUSPECTED ROBBER ARRESTED, BEATEN AND STRIPPED NAKED

A suspected armed robber has been arrested in Ugbokolo area of Okpokwu, Benue State.

The suspect, whose identity is Timothy Odoh allegedly attacked one Mrs. Apeh on Tuesday afternoon, around Okpafie area of the community.

According to DAILY POST, the victim’s son, Apeh Peterhot said the robber accosted his mum along the road and pulled off a Jack-knife and asked the woman to surrender the motorcycle key.

Apeh said;

Luckily, my mum was brave enough to drag the knife with him before other people came to her rescue.

The suspect was nabbed and beaten mercilessly before he was taken to Ugbokolo Divisional Police Station.
