 Acoording to Adibor, Unknown gunmen shot Hon. Silver Etieyibo, who is represeting ward 16, Okpe Local Government Area of Delta
He Said; This is Adibor Freedom, Hon Silver Etieyibo, the Honourable Councillor representing Ward 16, Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State was shot by armed robbers, who knows if they were kidnappers or assassins. This took place at popular Effurun Round about yesterday evening when he was heading home.
