TIPS: CHRISTIANITY AS A LIFESTYLE EPISODE 1
Today is ultimately, as a Christian we need to morally discipline by being humble. Humility is the act of being modest, reverential and politely submissive. It is the opposite of arrogance, pride etc. Etymologically, it comes from the Latin word 'humilis' which means 'close to earth', 'lowly.' The root is actually, 'humus.' Thus, in literally sense, a humble person should be down-to-earth, altruistic.
At this point therefore, it is pertinent to remark that people tend to misunderstand what humility is all about. Strong to note that humility is not 'Eye Service' (oculos savientes)-pretending to be submissive, as well, it is neither foolishness-being unwise nor Low self exteem-low evaluation of self. The list can be endless.
If we stand near Him, He will definitely stand by us. Mary stood by Him till He gave up on the Cross. At the Cross, the full meaning and benefits of steadfastness was shown. At the Cross, He Crowned her mother of all by saying behold thy son. At the Cross, He said it is finished, the Reign over death began. At the Cross, Obedience triumphed over disobedience, thus He obeyed unto death.
At the Cross, He Steadfast Himself, just as Mary did. And the final gift from the Cross was the Salvation He offered humanity. If you will stand by Him today, you will receive the Crown, Reign with Him, Obey His voice, Steadfast especially in this period of challenges and be rewarded with Salvation. May God reward you today.
MORE WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU
Oftentimes we are tempted to focus on the meagre things we have instead of the purpose for which we ought to give. There is no amount of riches we will have that will be enough and there is no amount of poverty that denies us of everything. It not how much we have that matters but the heart behind what we give.

It is often rare to talk about charity in this difficult times but do not hesitate to give a helping hand to all who will demand some help from you today. Be good to everyone you meet today because that little help may earn you great measures. Someone paid for her hospital bills with only a cup of milk, the result of the charity she did more than 20 years before her illness. May the good Lord give you the courage to help out today. May you receive a hundred fold of all the charity you do today.
WE ARE PRIVILEGED
To be a child of God is one of the hardest adventures in this world. Rarely will one qualify as a child of God without deeds. Words alone will not qualify anyone into the category of being child of God. To every human being it has been granted the privilege to be in the category, but only few open their hearts to live out this rare privilege. May the Grace of God in in your life make you more like Him today. When God counts those dear to His, may the Grace of God count you in.

The Divine Master will come your way today. He is going to pass where you are doing your daily duties today. Do not bother to look for Him. He will look for you. Oftentimes we are tempted to go different ways looking for God only to end up losing His presence. Wherever you are today, He will locate you to change your present situation. Yesterday He came around, but probably you were busy to recognise His presence, He left with what is yours.

The night of the day is the day of misfortune; the day of the night is the day of liberation; and the night of the night is reign of darkness. Today, I am talking of the day of the day- the reign of righteousness.

I don't know what you are into now. Jesus when His time came to suffer, it was as if it will be night of the night forever, but by His resurrection came day of the day. I pray that though you may find yourself in difficult situations, the day of the day (the power of resurrection) will not pass you by.
I pray that you have the Grace to wait for the day of the day, when God will from light of light shine in your life. Through Christ our Lord. Amen. May day shine with lights of God.
