ENUGU STATE POLICE NABS SIX NOTORIOUS BANDITS

Six armed robber nabbed by Enugu state command police that had been terrorizing the state.

The command's spokesperson, Mr Ebere Amaraizu, made the statement.

According to him, "the security operatives in Adani Division on satuday six notorious armed robbers that have been terrorising the residents of Opanda,Nimbo and Adani Axis of Uzouwani local Government Area of Enugu state.

The suspects who gave their names as 

1. Ernest Umeh,Okwudili Ugwuoke,
2. Sunday Agbo,Arinze 
3. Agu,Ezeata 
4. Ugochukwu,
5. Arinze Agu and 
6. Nnamdi ojobo 

Items recovered from the suspects included locally made gun, two short axes and some home appliances like TV Set, DVD, standing fan six handsets suspected to have robbed from their various victims, amongst others.

The State Commissioner of Police, Emmanuel Ojukwu, who applauded the effort of the security men and urged the members of the community to cooperate with his men and maintained that the command under his watch will continue to partner communities,sister security agencies and all relevant stake holders to ensure a safe and secured environment.
