FORMER BOKO HARAM SPOKESMAN ARRESTED IN SENATOR NDUME’S HOUSE
A former spokesman of terrorist sect, Boko Haram, Ali Sanda Umar Konduga, popularly known as Al-Zawahiri, was nabbed by policemen at Ali Ndume's house, who is a senator representing Borno South Senatorial District in the green chamber of the National Assembly.
According to News platform, Sahara Reporters, Konduga who was recently released from prison after serving three years and believed to be mentally unstable sneaked into Ndume’s house on Sunday night, he got identified, beaten beyond recognition, and rearrested on Wednesday.

As luck will run against him, Konduga came back again to the house on Wednesday at about 4pm, where he was identified by some close associates of Ndume who used to accompany the senator to the Federal High Court in Abuja then.
Policemen in charge of G.R.A police station were alerted and rearrested Konduga. He is now in police cell, while Senator Ndume has been informed.Konduga was arraigned alongside Senator Ndume before an Abuja High Court.
He accused Ndume of sponsoring him to undertake Boko Haram activities, an accusation Ndume had pleaded not guilty to.
A source said Konduga
kept on coming to the Senator’s house to apologize to the immediate family for indicting Ndume.However, Ndume recently stated that Nigeria is at war with hunger, poverty, and malnutrition in the North East due to the activities of Boko Haram. He also appealed to good patriot, non-governmental agencies and the international community to help address the situation in the region
