QUIT NOTICE: ADAMAWA IS HOME FOR IGBO - GOV. BINDOW


The governor of Adamawa, Senator Muhammed Umaru Jibrilla Bindow assured Igbo that the state is a safe home for them to live and treat businesses.

The governor said this in a statement signed by his special assistant to the press and media Martins Dickson on the occasion of the celebration of Eid-el-Fitri, which marks the end of Ramadan.
"The State of Adamawa is peaceful and accommodating for all Nigerians without prejudice.

"Igbo are welcome in the people of Adamawa and as Nigerians".

The governor also assured them that "we are all Nigerians and the unity of Nigeria is not negotiable.

"Igbo's lives and assets are safe in the state, they should do their normal activities like all other Nigerians, because their security is guaranteed under my leadership."

The governor also took the opportunity to ask all residents to take advantage of the current registration by the Independent National Electoral Commission and ensure that they get their voter's card.
